Returns and refun

 

Preorder Items

Preorder items may be returned for store credit, however no refunds are possible on preordered products.

 

Full Priced Returns 

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, allowing all full priced purchases to be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund of store credit. 

Once your return has been confirmed you then have 4 business days to return the item(s) to us.

All items must be returned in a full sellable condition, unworn, in the original packaging. 

 

Sale Items

All sale purchases can be returned for a store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Once your return has been confirmed you then have 4 business days to return the item(s) to us.

All items must be returned in a full sellable condition, unworn, in the original packaging. 

 

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange for another style or size, you will have to return the original item and we will share a store credit to purchase the new item of your choice once the original purchase has been received by edie collective. 

 

Additional

Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and dust bag.

We kindly ask that all shoes be tried on a soft, carpeted surface, as shoes with scuffed soles or worn interiors are not accepted.

All returning purchases will be processed at edie collective's discretion.
